Terms of Service

"The Company": Refers to Empaques 3A SA de CV.

"The Client": Individual or legal entity that contracts services from The Company.

"Services": Manufacturing, design and supply of corrugated cardboard boxes and related products.

"Products": Corrugated cardboard boxes, containers, dividers, corner protectors, pallets and other products manufactured by The Company.

"Quote": Document specifying prices, quantities, technical specifications and delivery conditions.

The Company is dedicated to the manufacturing and supply of:

• Standard and custom corrugated cardboard boxes
• Die-cut boxes with specific designs
• Cardboard containers for storage and transport
• Internal dividers for product protection
• Cardboard corner protectors for packaging reinforcement
• Cardboard pallets as an eco-friendly alternative
• Cardboard tubes for various applications
• Design and prototyping services

All products are manufactured under strict quality controls and technical specifications agreed with the Client.

3.1 Quotes and Orders

• Quotes are valid for 30 calendar days
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Orders are confirmed via signed purchase order
• 50% advance payment required to start production

3.2 Delivery Times

• Standard products: 5–7 business days
• Custom products: 10–15 business days
• Prototypes: 48–72 hours
• Lead times begin once advance payment is confirmed

3.3 Payment Conditions

• Advance: 50% upon order confirmation
• Balance: On delivery or net 15 days with approved credit
• Overdue payments incur 2% monthly interest
• Invoicing per applicable tax regulations

4.1 The Company's Responsibilities

• Manufacture products per agreed specifications
• Meet established delivery times
• Guarantee quality of materials and processes
• Provide technical support throughout the process
• Maintain confidentiality of Client designs

4.2 Client's Responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate technical specifications
• Make payments on time
• Inspect products at delivery
• Report defects within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide adequate access for deliveries

Designs, processes and methodologies developed by The Company are its exclusive property. The Client retains rights to their own designs and trademarks provided for manufacturing.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use of any intellectually protected material is prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For interpretation and compliance, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of competent courts in San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León, México.

Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with the Commercial Code and other applicable provisions.
